Best Practices

  • If you’re expecting a sent message and don’t see it, try swiping down to refresh the page.

  • If you’re still having trouble, you may accidentally be in your inbox. Switch the toggle at the top of the screen from Inbox to Outbox.

  • If you have more messages than can be displayed on the screen, scroll upward to see further messages.

  • If a previously sent message is no longer relevant, delete it.
