Unlike a traditional e-mail or text message inbox, Casbu sorts messages by urgency—so that your most timely messages appear first. Time urgency is conveyed with a due date/time as well as by a color spectrum: Red is the most urgent and blue is the least.

Beyond color and due date, messages always contain the sender’s name and the subject. New messages are denoted by a blue dot on the left-hand side. Your inbox also displays replies, including a preview of the selected answer (if applicable).
