Best Practices

  • If you’re expecting a message and don’t see it, try swiping down to refresh the page.

  • If you’re still having trouble, you may accidentally be in your outbox. Switch the toggle at the top of the screen from Outbox to Inbox.

  • Strive to archive any responses once they have been read to keep your inbox clear. (They can be easily found later via Search.) 

  •  If you have more messages than can be displayed on the screen, scroll upward to see further messages.
