If you’re expecting a message and don’t see it, try swiping down to refresh the page.
If you’re still having trouble, you may accidentally be in your outbox. Switch the toggle at the top of the screen from Outbox to Inbox.
Strive to archive any responses once they have been read to keep your inbox clear. (They can be easily found later via Search.)
If you have more messages than can be displayed on the screen, scroll upward to see further messages.
