Managing Replies

Marking Replies as Read or Unread

• On any reply in your inbox, short swipe right to display the hidden action menu.

• Tap the blue button (denoted by an X mark or check mark) to change a reply’s read status.

• Alternatively, long swipe right to quickly change a reply’s read status.

Pinning Replies

• On any reply in your inbox, short swipe right to display the hidden action menu.

• Tap the green pin button to pin a reply.

Archiving Replies

• On any message in your inbox, short swipe left to display the hidden action menu.

• Tap the purple archive button to archive a message.

• Alternatively, long swipe left to quickly archive a message.
