It is important to note that, while time rules limit communications to a set of parameters, messages will still deliver if their due date is before the Start By parameter.

For example, if your coworker is set to “Work Hours Only,” but it is 7:00PM and they need an answer within the hour, their message will still “break through.” While no one wants to work off the clock, this gives you peace of mind that you aren’t missing essential messages while you’re away.
